Following the initial on-boarding, leaders and organizations often request a guide to help them apply and operationalize the principles. On a select basis, James will choose to work with a senior change leader as a consigliere fluent in finance, operations, and human behavior. The arrangement is customized and entails a comprehensive understanding of the complete story of the leader, brand, and organization. Everything is grounded in pedagogy; in addition, there is nothing that James speaks to that he has not himself accomplished over his career and life as a private equity investor, founder, and CEO.
